Army Chief General Bipin Rawat Shocked everyone by saying "Let it remain a surprise,, reacting to the shocking incident of  cruelty & barbaric act of throat slit of an indian soldier by Pakistani soldier recently on international border,
"They are doing acts of barbarism and the Pakistan Army is used to do this." The Army Chief said,
He also said""This is not the first time that they have done it"& don't worry they have to be taught a lesson in their own coin & it willbe done on top-priority.
 'Talks and terrorism can not be hand in hand', army chief General Bipin Rawat said,
Speaking to an Indian press on UNGA meeting with Pakistan, Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said, "I think the government has made the right decision that terrorism and peace talks can not go simultaneously."

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat's statement on the surgical strike, after heavy shooting on International Border (IB) near Jammu, that the BSF came after a heavy attack by Pakistani soldiers who killed the young man by barbaric act of sliting his throat is to be noted.

 Even though the Border Security Force (BSF) has filed a strong complaint With counterparts - Pakistan Rangers, nothing has changed & also may not be expected further also.
